Yes! Head over to the accommodations page to get the best hotel deals! Fans who book an 8123 Fest hotel through our group booking link can also have their ticket/bundle delivered directly to the hotel.
Where and when can I pick up my festival bundles?
The festival bundles can be picked up any day between Thursday, January 14th and Sunday, January 17th. You can pickup the official merch bundles at the 8123 pop up shop! Details on the shop will be announced closer to the festival. If you just purchased a GA festival ticket, you can pick these up at box office at the venue.
What is the bag policy for the festival and side events?
The Mesa Amphitheatre has a clear bag policy as follows: Approved Clear Bags: A clear plastic or vinyl PVC bag that does not exceed 12" X 6" X 12" All bags will be inspected by security upon entry. (Exceptions will be made for approved medical bags or equipment, which will be inspected by security prior to entering.) Bag policies for side events may depend on venue and will be announced when side events are announced.
Is Mesa Amphitheatre a seated venue?
No! The venue is fully GA! This show will be first come, first served and general admission. There are no seats. However, there are several viewing areas if you would like to sit and relax!
What is the weather like in Arizona in January?
The temperature in Phoenix varies in January - it is often sunny and warmer during the day - but the desert does get cooler at night. We recommend dressing in layers to be comfortable at the festival for the full day.
Will there be early entry to the festival?
The festival is all general admission unless you purchased a Sunset or 8123 Bundle. There is a separate ADA entry line for attendees who need assistance or have accessibility needs. Festival staff will be available to help on site.
What events and concerts does my bundle order include?
Your bundle includes access to both days of 8123 Fest at Mesa Amphitheatre as well as first access to the show and pop up shop. It also includes first access to purchase additional special event tickets for other events happening around the festival weekend.

No. However, you can sell resell your tickets using our official resale partner Tixel
When will other events be announced?
Side events, details on the pop up shop, and meet & greet will be announced at a later date. Side events will take place from Thursday, January 14th through Monday, January 18th, 2027. Check back for more details as we get closer to the festival.
Can I get water on site?
Yes! There will be free refill stations inside the festival.
Is the festival accessible?
8123 Fest will have staff on site to assist with accessibility needs. The Mesa Amphitheatre strives to reasonably accommodate the ADA needs of the patrons who attend events at our facility. If you have special needs and require reasonable accommodation, go to the Mesa Amphitheatre FAQ.
